All products sold by us are covered by a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee, calculated from the original order date.
Customers may return opened or unopened products within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Authorization Required (RMA)
All returns require prior authorization.
To initiate a return, the customer must email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any product. The request must include the original order number.
Upon approval, an RMA number and return instructions will be issued.
The issued RMA number must be clearly written on and visible on the outside of the return package.
Returns received without a visible RMA number may be refused or experience processing delays.
Return Conditions and Responsibilities
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Opened and unopened products are eligible for return
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Returned products must be shipped to the address provided with the RMA authorization
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or undelivered return shipments
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the product purchase price only.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.
