1. Delivery Overview
At My Health Is Worth It, we aim to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is a summary of our delivery process so you know exactly what to expect.
- Shipping Destinations: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom
- Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
- United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
- All other destinations: 10–15 business days
- Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped using reputable national and international carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent regional carriers, depending on destination and availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–20 business days depending on destination
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or comparable international carriers
- Signature Requirement: Signature confirmation is not required unless otherwise specified
- PO Box Delivery: We do not ship to PO Box addresses
4. Shipping Rates & Costs
Shipping is offered at a flat-rate fee, which will be clearly displayed during checkout prior to order confirmation.
5. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following locations:
- All U.S. states and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and other territories)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom
6. Order Tracking
Once your tracking number is received from the carrier, it will be sent to you via email.
- Tracking can be viewed by visiting the appropriate carrier’s website
- If tracking information does not update or appears delayed, please contact us at support@myhealthisworthit.com
7. Delivery Issues & Exceptions
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient
- Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us at support@myhealthisworthit.com
8. Failed or Returned Deliveries
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs
- Address Errors: Responsibility for address accuracy rests with the customer
- Reshipment Fee: A $10 reshipment fee will apply for returned or failed deliveries that require reshipping
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued in accordance with our Orders & Returns Policy
9. Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
- Changes or cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be possible
- Once an order has shipped, customers may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in accordance with our Orders & Returns Policy
